This book is the outcome of the exhibition "ATLAS OBSCURO (DARK ATLAS)" from the portuguese artist Distante. It is an object that is both an exhibition catalog and a compilation of the artist's works, thoughts and research from past years in a bilingual author's edition.
Tomás Gouveia is a portuguese designer specialized on editorial design and branding, based in Lisbon. Works since 2010 within the arts and culture sector — from institutions to individual clients — designing identities and publications for a variety of projects and exhibitions. His work is featured in several websites and publications.
