Entry Description

As the leading unit of the consortium, Huayi Design, together with Aedas, won the design competition of East Wing 1 of Hetao SH-STIC Zone. The project is located at the core of Hetao SH-STIC Zone, facing Huanggang Port (under construction) in the north, Futian Port and the free Trade Zone in the south, facing the River of Hong Kong Park. Projects for a total construction area of 260000 square meters of syntheses, by a hallmark of grade A office (250 meters) two type available talent house (180 meters) and a shopping center of skirt building.
