IDA 2024 NOW OPEN -- Early Bird Deadline May 30, 2024
The Landon is a 340-unit residential building located on West 43rd street. Built over two decades prior, the site was in need of a significant renovation to keep up with the surrounding developments. Complex interventions were needed for the lobby, amenity and fitness spaces. We relocated the original cramped amenity space to the double height space to the south, which had been a gym and basketball court. This impressive and column-free space, with nearly 18’ of ceiling height, was kept open, but the lounge space was partitioned into various uses through the use of an over-scaled planter.
