Part of the launch of 556,000 sq ft of brand-new headquarters workspace in the City of London, the teaser film for Panorama St Paul’s challenges the somewhat traditional real estate market film. Moving away from the standardised CGI flythrough and avoiding death by specification, the film seeks to educate the viewer in a multi-sense manner. The solution was to embrace animated storytelling, presenting complex information in a digestible format. Remarked as never before seen in the industry, it has gained much positive traction, laying the groundwork for further brand storytelling to follow.
