Socrates is an international design group based in London. In 2020, we launched a series of limited-edition books, celebrating the creatives with whom we have worked. Editions 3 features Brian Griffin, one of the most successful photographers of the 1980s. Showcasing all things surreal portraiture through four eclectic booklets, ‘ODD’ is laced with unexpected typography; complemented by a colour palette that juxtaposes the predominantly black and white photography. Each booklet sits within a signed and numbered box, designed to offer an almost theatrical discovery of Griffin’s work.
