Hypnosis is a student project that was created for the Production for Print and Digital Environments course at SCAD. It is an invitation card to an exhibition at SCAD FASH, showcasing the works of the Dutch fashion designer, Iris van Herpen. In this project, I focused on Herpen’s intriguing use of lines and patterns and the way that she combines different media to create a three-dimensional piece that beautifully surrounds the body. The invitation card shows the use of inkjet and laser printing methods with special finishes such as foiling and die-cuts.
