Entry Description

Raymond High School in Raymond, Mississippi, serves the Hinds County School District and is 91% African-American. Both the Raymond Rangers men’s and women’s basketball teams are frequent state champions. The architect of record requested a mural to wrap the 87’ x 12’ expanse that visitors pass when entering the new, state-of-the-art basketball gym. The opposing team must pass this and feel the Ranger pride and the magnitude of athleticism. Opponents and fans alike will know they are in the home of champions. Our design was created in Adobe Illustrator and output to large format vinyl.
