This is the renovation of an old single-story residence, with an indoor area of around 90m2. In addition to its old condition, the narrow and long shape along with the limited lighting in the front and rear make it increasingly difficult in the overall planning. In order to meet the actual needs of a small family and maximize the introduction of natural lighting into the interior, most of the old walls has to be initially removed and waterproofing had to be redone in areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.
