As society progresses, more designs for the visually impaired are being put out, but the blind still have a lot of difficulties in their daily lives. Even if they go to the store to buy something, there is no braille on the items, so they do not know what product they should buy.
To improve these difficulties, we designed a device that functions as a scanner to scan the barcode of the object and then informs the user of the object’s name in Braille and through the speakers.
The Second Eye we designed is a bracelet that will be the new eye and symbol of the blind, along with the white cane.
