The entrance and the door of the kitchen are designed as two porches, and the dining table is used to form a circulation line so that different family members can communicate and interact while maintaining their own independent space. The glass sliding doors are integrated into a continuous and symmetrical wall unified the scene of the interior. The mirrored surfaces at both ends of the dining table extend the depth of the space and frame the scene through people activities. The client’s expectation of living space in UK is fulfilled, and the life of a long-time expatriate is extended.

Human's internal thinking and external living space are symbiotic and coexist. Space is a projection from life, beyond the practical function of a living container.
