Kairos is a pop-up cocktail bar and art installation set to open during the Sydney Festival in Carriageworks.
Time is something we go through everyday. Sometimes we feel like we have too much of it, other times it's the opposite. This cocktail bar and art installation aims to play with the concept of time and put emphasis on how a moment in time can be beautiful no matter how fleeting it may be.
Kairos uses a combination of high chroma colours, light and time to create different "fleeting moments" that change every hour, giving visitors a different moment to hold on to every time.
