The NUS 115 Gift Impact Book, published by the National University of Singapore, features 115 recipients of bursaries, scholarships, professorships and awards. The book’s design pays tribute to the relationship between donor and gift recipient, and highlights the impact of these philanthropic gifts on both sides. This is evident in the graphic design (where we explore the interplay between shapes), choice of material (we used reflective paper for the divider pages to create a mirror effect) and colour palette (neutral, muted colours that allow the recipients’ photos to take centre stage).
