Taking the "stone tower" as the main body, highlighting the coordinates of Hangzhou, and anthropomorphizing the "text", it is like a standing person, conveying the concept of "people-oriented". The sphere also represents the earth, showing "one master, multiple assistants, experience for the whole people", which means the international pattern of the cultural fair. The pure contrast of red and blue in color is like the exchange of various cultures at the ICIF.
