Park & Sayer is a residential tower at the heart of Elephant Park, Elephant and Castle, London. Socrates were appointed to develop a name, brand and printed literature; choosing the theme of an origami butterfly, informed by the area's transformation. Each casebound brochure entails a metallic colour palette of bronze, green and purple, underpinning quality of design. Divided into distinct chapters, the edge painted brochure includes a commissioned day in the life photography and features a unique dust jacket that unfolds into a poster illustrating how to make the origami butterfly.
