Fire extinguishers are an essential tool required in every public space, yet they almost always appear as an afterthought. FX-5 is an intuitive and easy to use fire extinguisher concept designed to harmoniously integrate with its surroundings. FX-5 has a large instruction panel and is worn over the shoulder to alleviate weight and free the hands. It is ideal for those who have difficulty with fine motor functions such as the elderly or disabled.
I grew up in Toronto. I'm in my third year of Product Design at College for Creative Studies in Detroit. I try to design products that solve meaningful problems.
