Henry seeks to recover time spent unproductively and offers intervals of rest and work, while blocking distractions. Henry uses Near Field Communication and Bluetooth to block distractions both on smartphones and computers. Henry also helps keep workers in a rhythm so that they stay focused throughout the workday by offering three unique rhythms that move back and forth between work and rest.
