Entry Description

Moving dunes is inspired by the early arts. The plastic approach of Cubism questions the role of perspective in painting. Anamorphosis, a subject distortion reshaping to its position, is one of the processes. Dunes initiates the public to the basics of this approach in a playful way. By wielding the street plan, vast ripples are generated, recalling human's features. Reflective spheres and geometric shapes, contribute to the breadth effect of the pattern and multiply the points of view. With the observer’s movement, the street transforms, forms reverse, the ground comes alive and destabilizes.
