We designed HON. HON is a journaling and memory capturing application that can be shared within a family. The journal allows pictures to be added and it can be shared among the family in order to express oneself, while including family to walk through life with their loved one.The group of siblings can share daily memories with their co-caregivers and provide a close-knit support group among them.
