These handwoven children’s sweater vests are made from the softest organic wool and linen. The delicate colors were created by dyeing the warp with avocado, rhubarb and osage. Supplementary colored yarns add pops of color and make for the perfect vest to dress up any little ones outfit. The main fabric of the vest was hand woven on an eight harness floor loom. After the initial construction of the weave, the textile was sew together with the additional organic fabrics to form the final pieces.
