Under the traditional and depressed workplace, low employee engagement and retention has increasingly become an issue for companies and employees themselves. This thesis aims to explore how interior design can incorporate brand development and environmental graphics to help entrepreneurs and young employees embrace an engaged and balanced workplace which provides a sense of place, belonging and identity. The research and proposed design aim to improve the working experience with communication and connection and increase employee retention.
