Entry Description

The MetLife Vision 2020 “Bringing Our People Together” entailed the objective of unifying 7 various offices into 2 locations defined under a single corporate culture. The design is a reflection of MetLife’s global presence derived from the rich Japanese culture to create a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, efficient, and human work environment that promotes wellbeing and communication. The project features 26 uniquely designed collaboration Clubs, 2 café spaces and a “Bento” area, 3 reception and client areas, 2 training centers, 2 TechLife areas, game rooms and various wellness spaces.
