Entry Description

Restoration plans for this 1955 Frank Lloyd Wright designed a home in Central California began in 2012 and soon extensive improvements and renovation work began to restore and preserve this iconic but deteriorating home. The restoration architect utilized original plans, historic and family photographs, and conferred with countless consultants to insure vital colors, finishes and details.

While preserving as much of the original structure as possible, the restoration involved structural stabilization, demolition of previous alterations, updating of building systems, and complete interior and exterior restoration. A sensitive and extensive historic restoration of this mid-century Frank Lloyd Wright structure in Central California returns this farm home to its original grandeur.
