The 115.7 m² newly built apartment was designed for an owner who preferred dark tones and a spacious social area. At the client’s request, no sliding door separates the kitchen and dining, keeping circulation and views open. The designer envisioned an “open living platform,” linking a European-style kitchen, long bar, and dining table to merge cooking, conversation, and reading. Addressing single-sided daylight, arcs and lighting strips guide sightlines and soften equipment, letting sunlight and life flow seamlessly in one field.
