RMZ Nexity is a LEED Gold and WELL Certified development located in Hyderabad’s Nexity Business Park, near Hi-Tech City and its CBD. Comprising three 22-storey towers, it seamlessly blends nature with the modern workplace through dynamic architecture and sustainable design. Its striking façade is conceived for environmental performance, functional elegance and enhanced aesthetics, redefining the city’s skyline. The architectural approach integrates wellbeing and biophilic principles to create immersive social spaces and a differentiated workplace experience for users.
