My project vehicle is a 2030 Volkswagen ID Urban Compact and this is an autonomous level four fully electric city car. With the EV platform, I designed a city car that has two distinctive features; first, the frontal ingress and egress. In heavy traffic situations, front door opening can deliver a safer and more convenient user experience for street parking. Even with the same exterior shell, this vehicle will offer two different interior themes which are the utility mode and the lounge mode. Furthermore, users can customize even further within each theme based on their purposes.
