The pivot of the Sadovie Kvartali was the bright space with high ceilings and a gorgeous panoramic view. Architects had to create a multi-functional space without overloading it.
The panoramic view with the lake, and the changing seasons becomes the protagonist, the observed picture while the interior is a worthy frame.
The natural materials were used in this project. All cabinet furniture is made of ash veneer, tinted in a cold shade.
It’s important to focus on the contrast of textures and shades. It's nice to tactilely feel the difference of warm leather, cold metal, wood, and stone.
