The landscaping is aimed at creating a natural, plastic environment that emphasizes the high status of the residential complex. The main focus is on the seamless integration of natural and architectural elements: paving gracefully transitions into greenery, and geoplastics define a soft topography. The project uses materials that contribute to a "natural" environment: special paving slabs with a chipped edge, light-toned concrete for small architectural forms and natural landscaping solutions. Flowing lines, fluid forms, and smooth transitions create a feeling of lightness and comfort.
