Aran residential building in Tehran's Zaferaneih district combines modern design with natural surroundings.Spanning 1,960 sqm with a 15,000 sqm structure, it has 16 floors, an occupancy rate of 40%, and diverse residential options. The lobby hosts a gym, library, and cinema, fostering social interaction. Amenities like a pool and spa add to the lifestyle experience.A 45-degree unit rotation optimizes sunlight and scenic views,while the facade—crafted from stone, wood, and aluminum—reflects the area’s greenery.This thoughtful design emphasizes community living, aesthetic appeal, and well-being.
