Entry Description

SKP Chengdu invents a new blueprint for mixed-use luxury retail, hospitality and lifestyle. Comprising 260,000 m2, over 190 acres, with 99% of buildings below ground. Excavating 30 metres, the experience is sunken beneath a sustainable park of 33 landscapes within a green belt. A new model for the diversified shopping experience and what is possible in a new era for sustainable developments in China. The site includes SKP (contemporary luxury) and next generation SKP-S (cutting-edge fashion) department stores, connected by retail and culinary avenues each 250 metres long.
