Signed Stories is an educational initiative that bridges communication gaps faced by Singapore’s Deaf community due to limited awareness of Singapore Sign Language (SgSL). It introduces Signtopia, an interactive game that makes learning SgSL fun & engaging for young learners. Using lenticular cards & a mobile app, players learn signs, earn points, and build a virtual map of Singapore. By blending familiar landmarks with cultural storytelling, Signtopia fosters empathy, inclusivity, & early understanding of Deaf culture through playful, meaningful interaction in linguistic & cultural learning.
