The iFLYTEK AI Headquarters Campus redefines the contemporary tech workplace by merging corporate innovation, urban ecology and civic engagement. Integrating AI research, offices, exhibitions, and public spaces within a continuous parkland, the project transforms four fragmented plots into a unified, pedestrian-friendly campus. Its modular, flexible interiors foster collaboration and creativity, while sustainable strategies—BIPV roofs and smart environmental systems—reduce carbon impact. The design embodies iFLYTEK’s vision of an intelligent, inclusive, and future-orientated campus model.
