House of Raaz in Tehran, reinterprets Iran’s architectural heritage through a modern lens, forging a shared language between classical and contemporary sensibilities for a multi-generational family. Six above-ground floors and three basements are organized for distinct needs yet remain visually connected. Warm-toned stone, brick, and handcrafted tiles contrast with darker stone, steel, and minimalist detailing. A deep lightwell channels daylight from the main courtyard to basements, while a secluded courtyard illuminates communal spaces, linking sky, ground, and the home’s shared heart.
