Tiss City Hall is a cultural and social landmark, reflecting the identity of Tiss(a city by the persian gulf in south of Iran) through its form, climate response, structure, and deep connection to context. Inspired by local elements—temples, caves, embroidery, and the fluidity of the Persian Gulf, it merges tradition with contemporary expression. Designed for both locals and visitors, it fosters gathering, discovery, and belonging. Sustainability is integral, with passive ventilation, daylighting, and local materials reducing energy use while honoring place-based wisdom.
