Entry Description

This property, a four-minute walk from the station, sits on a busy road. The constant traffic created a privacy challenge, as closed curtains would detract from the home's spaciousness. Our solution was to treat two adjacent plots as one, creating a "highly private residence using intermediate spaces." By strategically integrating these zones, we blocked direct views from the road, allowing for a comfortable living environment. design subtly shields the interior while maintaining a connection to the outdoors, so residents can enjoy natural light and fresh air without keeping the curtains drawn.
