The site is located in Daliao District, Kaohsiung, surrounded by natural landscapes such as rice fields and mountains, as well as historical relics and military dependents' villages. As a result, the design of the public spaces incorporates elements of nature and the traditional Taiwanese red-brick architecture. The material palette emphasizes simplicity and warm tones, with red brick forms serving as the primary design inspiration. Accents of stone and titanium-coated metal, along with the interplay of light and shadow, create a fresh take on vintage Taiwanese aesthetics.
