As owner&designer, I transformed a weathered cinnamon plantation home into an island sanctuary, retaining the traditional layout and central courtyard with an exposed rock-and-clay feature wall. A discreet second floor houses ensuite bedrooms, while ground-floor rooms include two studies and a powder room. Interior elements spotlight local craftsmanship: bespoke natural-finish teak joinery and furniture, repurposed doors, terracotta tiles, architraves, select antiques, and matte-black steel windows, all framed by 180° kitchen and dining vistas with pivot doors for an indoor-outdoor experience.
