The Jiangnan garden reflects Eastern living, with buildings for daily life, work, and leisure scattered among natural landscapes, connected by corridors . This fosters immersion in nature and the “Six Pleasures” of sensory engagement. Modern villas combine these functions into one structure, improving efficiency but reducing nature interaction. This project reimagines the garden as an outdoor living extension, blending indoor and outdoor spaces to recreate the “Six Pleasures.” Tailored to the site’s microclimate and form, the design reflects the homeowner’s lifestyle, aesthetics and spirit.
