Design site is located in Qazvin, one of the most traditional cities in Iran. This
site is exactly on the border region between modern urban context and
existing traditional part. This site can be considered as a border region,
because modern and developed urban context with modern buildings are
built on the north side of the site while south of the city is completely
traditional.
Designing this site required deep studies and reviews; Because the
proposed building can have strong effects on the main context and adjacent
