Entry Description

Microcosm is an autonomous, moss-based air purification system designed to navigate to and cleanse targeted areas within your home. Powered by a mesh network of air quality sensors, Microcosm identifies and addresses zones with compromised air quality. Equipped with onboard dehumidification technology, moisture is efficiently extracted from the air and delivered to the living moss layer via a series of atomizers, promoting natural growth without human intervention. Microcosm is both a product and a provocation about our understanding of the symbiotic relationship humans have to nature.
