The design integrates biophilic elements, natural light, and ergonomic furnishings to create an environment that both activates and comforts. Honouring its automotive heritage, the building’s curves and stainless steel surfaces seamlessly blend the past and present. A continuous skylight enhances openness, while passive and bioclimatic strategies—such as energy-efficient lighting and water retention systems—minimize energy consumption and reduce embodied carbon.
