This 1889 Italianate heritage house, located in Sydney’s leafy suburb of Woollahra, has lived many lives, from a boutique hotel to a residential boarding house, and more recently an early childcare centre. Hancock Architects were engaged to collaborate with the new owners to restore the grand building in preparation for its next phase of life, a light filled family home.
