Group of Gardens
inspired by the Ras Abrouq Mountains in Qatar, characterized by canopy shaped rock formations sculpted by winds and natural factors.This project was designed from utilizing the land’s natural topography, which is characterized by its wind induced sand dunes that cover large areas of land . Sites were allocated for structural blocks - inspired by the silhouette of Ras Abrouq’s rocky formations, its curvatures, lines , and the natural proportions of the plains of Mesaieed - forming a series of gardens that mimic Qatari nature combined with modern architecture.
