Today, the workspace is more than just a place to work; it is a "second home" where colleagues share, cooperate, and grow together. Inspired by the image of a "home," we have designed Kyochon's new workspace to foster creative development by enabling free communication without boundaries between departments and positions, moving away from the conventional vertical system and team-separated office structures. As the brand name "Kyochon" implies, we hope the new building's workspace itself will embody the vibrant stories of Kyochon F&B, becoming a "Kyochon Village with Learning."
