Entry Description

This project is a regeneration, preservation and adaptive reuse of an industrial heritage site, based on research into the village architecture of Lintianshan Forestry Cultural Park. It introduced a new spatial concept, continuing the footsteps of the previous residents while giving the buildings new purposes. This aims to restore the original valuable forestry architectural structures and allow people to witness the forestry life beneath the historical traces, creating a sense of place that evolve with time. The regional community culture grows with the legacy of the forestry culture.
