Band of Islanders (BOI) is a cooperative board game for 3 to 5 players. Players have been shipwrecked on a deserted island. Surrounded by wilderness, they must work together to survive.
Through the scenarios encountered on the island, teens are given a chance to reflect on the values underlying their actions, and learn how to cooperate and support one another.
The game was designed in consultation with our client to engage teens in a fun discussion on the intended topic through game mechanics that encourage communication and reward collaborative play.
