Supporting users with a space filled with light, greenery and community, Bonduelle’s multifunctional workplace is guided by the metaphors of plant life and trees to encourage health and wellness by design. Rooted in an expansive social space, its trunk, a broad staircase topped with growing vegetation, encourages active movement, a feature sustained throughout its branching floors adapted to a variety of working styles. Developed through participatory design and analyses with employees, the project enhances user experience with positive approaches to productivity, engagement and stimulation.
