The project is located in the Jiulong Bay of Weihai Economic Zone, facing the sea with the mountains at back. The building resembles a whale leaping from the sea, creating a modern fashionable urban living room. The lighting design follows the "biological" signs and environmental characteristics, simulating the moonlight to coat the whales with layers of scales under cover of darkness, and the flickering light on water ripples. It presents a vivid picture of the sparkling waves brought by a leaping whale flowing on the skin of the architectural.
