IDA 2025 IS NOW OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS!
The designers idea with the time piece is to remind the person who wears it, and the people who see it about the global problems with both pollution and global warming. It has some interesting features, the surface is in rusty rough color and underneath there are shiny gold that catches the eye nicely, on the strap they put reminding words about the good and bad things concerning the global warming and pollution, another nice thing is the shiny map showing the earth on the crown, when you see the watch from distance it looks clean and at short distance you find it very interesting.
Born in 1968 in Sweden with roots in both Sweden and Finland, Kaj Ransvi has gained renown as a product designer. Many of his designs hold patents in both Europe and the USA. Over the past three decades, Ransvi has dedicated himself to crafting distinctive and opulent properties, including private villas, hotels, and restaurants across the globe. Throughout his extensive career in the design industry, he has received prestigious awards, and his creations are featured in design museums in Italy, Germany, and Singapore.
