Market Square Adelaide is a $400M precinct renewal celebrating 150 years of Central Market heritage while redefining urban living. Designed by Woods Bagot with ICD and the City of Adelaide, it weaves retail, workplace, hotel, and 234 residences into a permeable civic destination. Anchored by red-brick arches, light-filled atriums, a 3,000sqm garden terrace, and all-electric A-grade towers, the design unites heritage and innovation and champions sustainable architecture. The project is conceived as a civic catalyst — activating culture, connection, and community life in the heart of the city.
