Nocturnal Alchemy: Light as Spatial Medium
With the space primarily active during evening and nighttime hours, natural light was irrelevant, We employed diffused artificial lighting as the primary medium. Its soft, non-invasive quality—gentle, static, and devoid of aggression—permeates the space through calculated reflections and absorption across material surfaces, creating an immersive, breathing luminosity. The design process became one of rediscovery rather than reinvention—probing the inherent "problems" of the space and transmuting them into virtues unattainable in conventional settings.
